
So, on the first day of Summer, I took a free yoga class--Reggae Yoga @ the Still Point Spa in Takoma Park. It was amazing! I felt the energy and really amazed myself by getting many of the yoga poses correct. The instructor told me that I had great form. 3 claps for me. The only pose I need to practice is "downward facing dog". Hence the picture for this blog post. I now know how to take deep breathes that sound like the ocean. Such a peaceful sound if done correctly.
