It's that time again...for one of the churches in my neighborhood to have it's annual yard sale. Even though it starts at 7am, I like to arrive @ 7:15am. This year, I was on the hunt for 2 hard-to-find children's books that I wanted in my collection. Was I successful? You bet your library card I was!! Plus, I found 3 additional books. I only spent $1.25. I even found a mini-muffin pan for 25 cents. It's the little things, like books and cooking things, that make me happy. As spoken by my cousin Polly "One person's junk, is another person's treasure." Whenever I find a "treasure", I always think of Polly's words and remember when & where she shared those words of wisdom. It was a family reunion @ my Great Aunt Virginia's house around the oyster bar. Great memories are a wonderful things...that and yard sales.
